This is my blog on my Journey back to wellness and my own Freedom to just be Myself and accept myself as I am right now.
For a long time, my life was shaped by survival — by pushing, coping, adapting, and trying to fit into systems that didn’t feel safe in my body. Somewhere along the way, I lost the ability to listen to myself. My nervous system became overloaded with chronic stress and I became sick.
This blog is part of my return. I feel it helps me to write stuff down and I hope that by sharing it openly on here, it may help you aswell by knowing you are not alone.
Here, I write about healing after trauma, learning to trust the body again, and choosing a slower, more authentic way of living and creating. I share from lived experience — not from formulas, fixes, or pressure to “be better.”
You won’t find hustle here.
You won’t be sold to, I like to feel that if you want to work with me you will know it.
You won’t be told who to become. My whole ethos is to find out who you really are underneath the conditioning and to be free to express your new found freedom.
You will see here that I have tailored it all to your pace, your sensitivity is not a flaw, and your body carries wisdom — even when the world has taught you to doubt it.

Once you begin your healing journey you will begin to notice more and more that you are dropping out of Survival Mode, Fear driven decisions and beginning to operate from your Heart.
2 years ago today I flew half way around the globe to meet my Best Friend in the World
He mirrored me, studied me, what I loved, songs I loved, he copied me and seemed like my perfect friend to go travelling with. He mirrored my body language, he asked me all about my life, my secrets, my past, my fears. All to use back at me as bargaining chips.
26/1/26 Today I Step into my Power…are you with me??
I am now free, I chose to step up, to find my voice, to heal my inner wounds, to speak up, to rise up and step into my power.
The Mountain Before Me…
I started to paint and it just sort of evolved into this painting! I had already started my healing journey a few months before I did this piece of artwork and when I began putting the paint onto paper I realised that it had great significance to the story of my life.
When Healing Doesn’t Look Like Progress
Healing doesn’t ask us to clear something once. It invites us to meet it again and again with more safety, more awareness, more compassion for ourselves and even for them. Forgive ourselves and allow them to be them with no thoughts of fixing them.

Safety is the foundation of change
Safety always comes first in your healing journey.
Safety cannot be built on pressure and deadlines; you go at your own pace and with consistency, gentleness, and care for yourself. Whilst you are healing, you will begin to see little changes in the way you respond to life.

Real, lasting change happens differently.
It happens through small, safe steps that your body can trust. What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
